I have a passion for Health & Wellness...because it called me. This passion started years ago after getting the flu every year, battling depression, headaches, acne and more I knew it had to be a better way. So I thought I would try the detox vegetarian thing as a challenge for 6 months, 6 months turn into a year. 20 years later here I am! Proud to be Vegan...but it's not just about what I eat, it's my lifestyle.

My passion to help others took off first on the waters doing massage & facials, however I wanted to help people on a deeper level as in why do you have that pain in your neck and how many times have you said someone is a pain in your a.. and now your gluteus is paining you!

So I went to various schools to pursue my passion. Currently I'm focusing on empowering women through the vitality of womb wellness through my complementary products & services that I offer and pursuing my other passion which is doing intervention coaching for people suffering with PTSD.

I believe a woman who put herself on a quilt free to do list knows her value and resides in the essence of jenesequa. Assuredly radiating joy wherever she goes and most importantly bringing that joy home weather she lives alone or with a family.
