Chuck is a Global Information Technology leader with 22 years' experience possessing an outstanding leadership and organizational skills. His years of experience have been with SIRVA, Pharmacia, Pfizer, the Synapse group and Wheels. He is capable at communicating with business leaders, technical staff and customers at all levels.
Chuck Responsibilities include developing the financial ROI analysis for reengineering opportunities, redesigning global processes, identifying automation and standardization areas, and developing project plans for execution. He is currently responsible for the infrastructure, security and operations for both domestic and international datacenters in three continents; Chuck is experienced in working both with on-site, off-shore teams to produce customer-focused systems and deliver direct and measurable results.

Chuck's current assignment at SIRVA is to set the global infrastructure strategy; he leads a multi-functional team in six US, EU and APME datacenters. His responsibility includes Strategic Planning, Budget Planning, P&L Management, Vendor and Staff Management.
Chuck excels in negotiating and managing offshore/onshore outsourcing contracts, setting strategic directions, maintaining relationship with vendor's management, and monitoring performance to ensure deliverables are in-line with agreed upon metrics.
Chuck led the consolidation of several European, US and Canadian datacenters for SIRVA; he built two high availability datacenters in the US, modernized and virtualized operations to deliver a converged infrastructure; transitioned all functions, and centralized the global service desk in the US.
Chuck who is known for his insightful ability and versatility led the initiative to build SIRVA's enterprise private cloud (IaaS, SaaS) for mobile computing and CRM to offer variety of tools for technical staff, sales force and agents.
Chuck holds a bachelor degree in computer science from DePaul university; he is an active member of the Chicago CIO/CISO executive clubs; Net Focus North America Advisory Board; Chicago Electronic Crimes Task Force Group (led by the United States Secret Service organization) and the Association of Information Technology Professionals (AIT
