Scrum Process: So, the software development in scrum starts with product’s backlog (also known as a wish list or feature or functionality that stakeholders are expecting in a particular product delivery). These backlogs are the prioritized and the scrum team picks the high priority items and target them to deliver in a particular sprint that can last from 15days to 30days. Thus, the goal of a particular sprint is to create a salable working model of the product. Once a particular sprint ends, sprint review and sprint retrospective begins. Along with that an extremely critical and important process start simultaneously. That is sprint planning for the next sprint. And this goes on until the product is delivered in increments or the budget is overshoot.

Now apart from these activities, there is something called as daily Scrums. It’s a timebox event of 15min and a daily activity that the scrum team is responsible for. In daily scrum each and every member of the team speaks about three critical things a) What he/she did yesterday b) What he/she is going to do today c) Does anyone face any bottleneck?
