Entrepreneur with two decades of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, audit, internal controls, business process & systems and business intelligence reporting. Started my professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and was involved in audit and accounting of multiple companies across different industry segments. Was even involved in setting up of accounting & internal control systems for Companies.

Thereafter worked with two small audit firms in Bangalore for 5 years, before commencing independent accounting services business.

Prior to IDOS, was the one of the founders of a KPO business providing financial and legal services to clients in US as well as India. In the year 2009, one of the divisions of my KPO was rated among the top 10 in India. Handled multiple assignments involving setting up of accounting systems and process for companies of different sizes and belonging to variety of industry segments.

IDOS was conceived and created by me with the vision to empower MSMEs across the world with simple to use, automated accounting & financial management platform, that enables them to leverage accounting & financial data for multiple upstream value additions, primarily working capital management.

The intent is to ensure that accounting data is accurate, reliable and compliant at the very inception and thereby make it available in real-time for upstream value additions.

IDOS has three versions:

Platform: Used by accounting, audit, CA & CPA firms to provide accounting & financial management services to their customers in MSME segment.

Enterprise: Modules which become "last mile connectors" to ERPs and enable businesses to extend the life of their existing ERPs or make their ERPS more productive and efficient.

SaaS: Simple to use, data driven conversational accounting software for MSMEs.

All versions digitally link the businesses with banks for mutual data exchange and also for banks to provide digital bill discounting & lending to these businesses.
