As unbelievable as it may sound, I wanted to be an HR Professional from the age of 13! In 7th grade, we had the opportunity to shadow a family member for the day in which I chose my Aunt, who at the time, was an HR Director. From that experience on, I was hooked!

Kick starting my full-time HR career, I began as a Recruiting Assistant at Rosetta Stone while they were in their start up phase. Working out of an old seedmill warehouse, I sat back to back with my boss in a small, tight office in which I could naturally listen to her source and recruit executive level candidates. With that guidance, I took off and began my own sourcing/recruitment journey with a passion for finding top talent to help grow the company on a global scale, and help with their mission of creating the best technologically-based language learning solution in the world. Through the years, I was incredibly fortunate to help the company quadruple in size, go through a successful IPO, and recruit for brand new office openings worldwide.

Now, I am a recruiting and sourcing professional for Aon Hewitt who is proud to partner with Marriott International in recruiting top talent to drive the company towards its mission of being the #1 hospitality company in the world! I currently specialize in sourcing/recruiting Business Marketing & e-Commerce, as well as Event Management and various other Corporate roles.

On a completely unrelated note, I am an avid Ohio sports fan (Ohio State Buckeyes & Cleveland Browns), love tinkering with technology, personal finance, and gourmet cooking, and am currently learning Arabic!
