I am a bubbly young lady, who has a passion for customer service and sales. I have a diploma in travel service, which includes a qualification in customer services. I have done work experience within a marketing company, and have a passion to make our clients feel that my service is above and beyond their expectations. I work well within a team, but also excel on an individual basis, and am able to work well to deadlines. When it comes to customer service I feel there is no limit on what you can do for a customer, and that they are always the main priorty, but making sure you are succeding for the business too. I have experience working within a marketing environment, and would love to develop that further. As I have a diploma in travel services I know the travel industry inside and out, and can work in both travel and within the Foreign Exchange. I have both a retail and an office background of experience.
