Caio Terra Academy was opened in 2011, in the heart of San Jose, CA. As our programs evolved over the years, we started incorporating more fitness components into our classes. In 2020, we were happy to announce that with the help of industry leaders, we were about to expand our academy 4,000 square feet and launched Caio Terra Academy Fitness (CT FIT)!
When you step foot into our academy, you'll find yourself in a safe, fun, and friendly environment. Whether you have extensive experience or have never lifted a weight, you will find a family-friendly, professional gym waiting for you.
All of our professional trainers at CT Fit have numerous and national and international certificates, as well as bachelor's degrees ranging from Kinesiology to Physical Education. So, no matter what your fitness goal is, our trainers can design a program for you!
At CT Fit, we are happy to offer group fitness programs, an open gym, and personal coaching, all of which are design help you increase strength, build muscle, and increase functional movement.
