Cat Terleski is an educator specializing in Middle and Secondary years who has worked in formal and non-formal educational contexts across Canada, Mexico, Ecuador and the United Arab Emirates.

She is currently studying Community Engagement, Development and Leadership at Toronto Metropolitan University in The Chang School of Continuing Education. She completed her Master of Arts in Education and Society at McGill University in the Department of Integrated Studies in Education. She previously studied Education and Arts at the University of Saskatchewan.

Her research interests include youth studies, zine culture, critical consciousness, community education, and food literacies. Her research is informed by her practice as a teacher and experience organizing community programs for youth.
