Charlie Tombazian

Charlie is currently President, Innovative Strategies LLC, a management consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, customer experience improvement, leadership development, and culture/team building. He is also Co-Founder, S2S Leadership LLC, a consulting firm specializing in developing leaders and companies who seek more significance through triple-bottom-line strategies and whole person principles. Leaving Avnet after 9 years in March 2009, he was most recently Avnet Technology Solutions VP, Voice of the Customer Office, in which he was responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of customer information and insights to improve target marketing, increase productivity, and increase customer loyalty. Charlie continues to facilitate strategic planning sessions for his consulting clients, including Avnet customers, that result in profitable growth of their businesses. He speaks at Industry Conferences and trains leaders in small, mid-size, and large global enterprises in strategic thinking, business model transformation, leadership, customer retention and attraction, change management, and communication and interpersonal skills. He also directed cultural transformation efforts for Avnet and The Acacia Group. Prior to his promotion at Avnet in November 2007, Charles was Director of Global Strategic Planning, supporting Avnet Technology Solutions globally. Avnet, the Tempe, Arizona-based Fortune 500 company with over $14 billion in worldwide revenue, provides technology components, computers, and services through its 10,000 employees in 70 countries. From 2000-2007, he had responsibility for facilitating the development and review of business and support group strategic plans.
