The SparkNotes of my life are:

• I feed my dog‘s treat addiction through Healthcare & startup consulting (LinkedIn profile)
• I feed my soul through photography, philanthropy, family and books
• I’m native to California, but the last 14 years in Chicago rubbed off on me a little bit

Other things I'm passionate about:

Art || as an artist, and a psychologist, expression through the visual speaks strongly to me. Jean Alexander Frater & Robert Burnier are my absolute favorite Chicago artists.

• Jean's work is beautiful and geometric, but very rough around the edges. She paints canvas, tears it into strips, then weaves it together again. I was lucky enough to purchase this one from her, and I love it every day.
• Alternatively, Robert Burnier takes large aluminum sheets & paints them, then folds them into origami like crumples of color. It represents how you always have room to add or change your life, but you have to unfold what currently exists to make room for a new shape. The creases of the past are forever, but they are also part of the texture of the future.

Philanthropy || I am super passionate about community - I feel like we can all do our part, somehow, and for me that's largely in fundraising and awareness.

• The American Cancer Society's Associate Board of Ambassadors is a second family to me
• I have a little (well, she's 21 now!!) sister from Big Brother Big Sister
• I will always do what I can for veterans. Fun fact, I almost joined the Marines after high school, and I often wish I had.

How I communicate:

• Often in short, abbreviated thoughts, riddled with typos
• Through visuals
• Preferring text, instant message, email to phone calls and video calls
• Sometimes lacking niceties like ‘hello/hi/how are you’
• Often without a ton of context

Campaigner (ENFP) -These people tend to embrace big ideas and actions that reflect their sense of hope and goodwill toward others. Their vibrant energy can flow in many directions.

Enneagram: The Enchanter (3w2) - People who identify as a 3 wing 2 tend to be ambitious, charming, and enthusiastic. They are driven and love to achieve. They tend to adapt their attitude to their environment, which can make them very effective communicators.
