Hi, I’m Cue!

I’m currently a Technical Analyst on the Store Systems Tier 2 team at Publix Super Markets, Inc.

Support encompasses hardware, software, and web & mobile apps. Duties include various channels of communication, such as answering help desk calls from stores and service technicians, to answering Tier 1 chats, and working a shared support email box. I spend my days creating tickets, resolving escalated tickets from Tier 1, dispatching tickets to service technicians, and working with tier 3 teams (programmers, dev teams, engineers) as well as external vendors, to resolve ongoing or recurring issues.

Determined to ensure efficiency and progress within the department, I take pride in being the go-to person for updates and in-depth troubleshooting. I maintain the Store Systems team SharePoint site with consistent document updates and creating new knowledge articles. I also value others’ opinions and ideas, strongly encouraging co-workers to think outside the box during uncommon situations.

I’m a true team player, who strives for greatness and believes in knowledge sharing. In various roles, I have proven to be a quick learner & natural leader. A true to the core ladder climber, I’ve always put in the work to earn promotions. At my first ‘real job’, I started as a regular call center agent, and worked diligently to become a dual trained agent, a new hire trainer and then the Quality Assurance team lead. When the opportunity arrived to join the call centers IT Team, I took the leap and succeeded. After 4 years and a significant amount of growth, I realized the Help Desk is where I was meant to be.

Helping people resolve issues, guiding them to learn and understand the technology they’re using has grown into a full-blown passion. My laid-back and friendly personality makes customers feel comfortable, valued and understood. I take the time to properly educate users, in an overall effort to enhance the company. I’m hoping to join a forward-thinking technology company & work towards becoming a support team lead.

I am currently living in Plant City, Florida. Outside of work, my interests range from motorcycles to artwork. I am also in love in woodworking, camping, and kayaking.
