Cupcake and Muffin

We are two friends that are on a mission to promote self confidence in all people, no matter their age, gender or waist size. We are also promoting being healthy, happy, and awesome!!!! In order to accomplish these goals, we disclose everything about our road to health, the good, the bad, and the freaky :-)

We are working with a trainer at our gym to be able to help in our conquest. Our names come from what we like to make, we enjoy baking and cooking and now trying new foods. We want to show our "minis" that there is a healthier way to live than what we grew up with. Now we have been motivated to help others. We want people to participate in our lives by asking questions they may have, sending recipes to try , and sending videos of them dancing and showing off their confidence!!!
