Curatoria Arts
At Curatoria Arts, we care for your collections and your projects.
Curatoria Arts is an arts and cultural projects consultancy founded in 2011 by Yueh-Siang Chang.
Cura is rooted in the Latin word for “to care”. The a curator is conventionally someone who “cares for” a collection, usually in the setting of an institution like a museum. Over time, the work of “caring for a collection” has come to emcompass the more creative aspects, such as mounting an exhibition, or putting out an elaborately thought through publication. Today, in the creative fields, such care is extended to many aspects of cultural project management: from conceptualising, research and documentation, project management, presentation … The act of “curating” these days extend beyond the visual arts and exhibitions, to cover any cultural project that require careful planning and delivery.
No matter what stage your cultural project is in, Curatoria is here to help you, assisting you to accomplish your objectives. At Curatoria Arts, we care for your collections and your projects. And because we care about the people we work with, you can rest assured that our services will fit in seamlessly with your organisation’s and your partners’ ethos.
How may we be of service to you today?
