Curesam speaks for itself really. My son Samuel needs a Cure. He is Type 1 Diabetic. Fundamentally different to the far more common Type 2 Diabetes (if someone says they have diabetes, it's more than likely going to be Type 2), Type 1 Diabetes is an auto-immune disease where the bodies auto-immune system attacks the Pancreas, eventually destroying it's ability to produce insulin. Insulin is the hormone the body requires to absorb glucose and carbohydrate from our foods - without it, the body cannot get energy from food and will eventually starve
