Curtis Baucom

Curtis Baucom is an insightful, performance-driven Management Consultant to Fortune 500 and Global 2000 clients. He operates with a unique blend of Business and Information Technology Management, Program/Project Management, Process Improvement, and a knack for transforming Data into business value. His background encompasses high-visibility positions across diverse public (DoD) and private environments, including Northrop Grumman, US Army, GE Power and Oracle – on a global scale.

Throughout his 20+ year career, Curtis have often served as a steward for organizational change. He is adept at getting people at all levels to work collaboratively; linking activities, functions and information in new ways to maximize productivity, efficiency and bottom-line results. Acting as a Chief Strategist and Creative Visionary,he finds innovative solutions to complex business problems, and act as a trusted and rational voice around the strategy table.

Curtis’ strengths include the ability to bridge the gap between Information Technology and Business Operations through close collaboration with the C-Suite sponsors and decision makers. He focuses on Communications and Project Management principles to enhance customer experience, employee engagement and bottom-line results. Curtis holds a MS in the Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia. In addition, he holds a MBA from the College of William & Mary with a focus in General Management. His undergraduate work included a BS in Accounting and a BS in Finance from Virginia Tech. Curtis is a Summer-2018 candidate for the PMP certification.
