Curtis McCullom has spent more than 25 years as a speaker, trainer, coach and award-winning sales professional. He specializes in supporting elite financial advisors in the art and science of persuasion through personal development and financial workshops.

Curtis has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from California Baptist University and carries certifications in Executive Coaching and Associate Professional in Training and Development. From Carew International, he has also earned the trainer certification in Dimensions of Professional Selling. He is currently a ChFC, Chartered Financial Consultant.

A former "Champion of the Year", Curtis studied under world-renowned master motivators and sales trainers, such as Zig Ziglar, Anthony Robbins, Dr. Tad James, Jim Rohn, Dr. Denis Waitley and Tom Hopkins. His past certifications included Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) master practitioner and Time-Line Therapy™ practitioner.

Broke all standing records for annual sales and production and tripled his personal income in a single year with the Independent Order of Foresters as an insurance agent, which also named him "Rookie of the Year" and "Agent of the Year.”
