Curtis is a loan originator with EverBank, a division of TIAA, FSB, Equal Housing Lender, the lender dedicated to providing the ideal mortgage experience.

At 15 years of age Curtis was first exposed to contrasting customer experiences at his first two jobs, Winn-Dixie and Publix. Ever since observing inept and effective loyalty disciplines he has spent the past 20+ years identifying and modeling consumer engagement factors that create peak customer experiences.

When not helping homeowners find the perfect mortgage he enjoys studying real-world brand leadership and creating loyalty drivers that help brands excel in hyper competitive markets.
