I've had the opportunity to produce videos in Russia, South Africa, Israel, and all over Central and South America. I'm interested in how visual images can be used to solve global problems, especially in developing countries. My PhD research explored the possibility of producing collaborative film projects with marginalized children in Costa Rica and the Little Village community of Chicago. I have been teaching filmmaking for over 15 years.
