Coliving Habitats refers to the various kinds of coliving spaces that are being introduced today by various organizations. If we look into the coliving news, every now and then we see a new community being set up, and at certain times they’re based on an entirely new concept.

However, if the concept works or not is an entirely different story. We shall see a few types of modern coliving spaces or habitats:

Home Beyond Property

This is a modern coliving concept where individuals although have collective privacy, there is not individual privacy. The entire living space is basically a series of curtains that can be entered by anyone if they are determined enough.

Several residents can share this living space, but no one can rent or claim ownership to it. If all the curtains are rolled up, it becomes a regular plaza that is exposed to the surroundings.

This kind of space is suitable for a group of people that really know and trust each other. However, now and then we will hear of a burglary from the coliving news.
