Clarissa VanValkenburgh

I am a 17 year old beauty blogger and aspiring makeup artist from Northern New York, I'm currently a senior in high school who has won several awards in online makeup competitions. I've been recognized at one of the top new and upcoming beauty bloggers of 2013. I will be attending a community college in the fall of 2013 while pursuing a career in makeup and hair artistry.

I enjoy working on theatre productions in which I take an idea from a script and develop it into a concept. From there I go through a series of steps including drawing sketches and consulting with the directors. I enjoy this process of developing ideas and seeing my idea evolve into a final product.

I aboultely love working on the average everyday woman the most. It's so rewarding to make a woman feel beautiful inside and out with simply some makeup.

In addition, I run a beauty blog in which I discuss new products on the market and how they work. I teach people different techniques on how to apply makeup through text, pictures, and video tutorials.
