Hello all! My name is Christine Wojtkowski and I am a married mother of four. Between my husband Todd and I, we have four children; three girls and one boy. They are all a handful with differing personalities and interests outside of school. Our two oldest children are both 14, followed by an 12 year old and an 11 year old. All three of the girls love to play volleyball and they all take dance and gymnastics. Our son plays football, baseball, and basketball, so we are constantly on the go! We also have two dogs, a cat, and a turtle.

In all of my spare time I enjoy crafts or DIY (do-it-yourself) projects around my home. I find much of my inspiration on Pinterest and HGTV, both of which I am a huge fan! I also love to read anything I can get my hands on, and even though I read most of my books on my iPad, I really like the feel of a book, magazine, or newspaper in my hands.

I have spent the last several years of my career in various realms of the journalism world. I have worked in marketing, advertising and layout, and have completed an internship at KATV Channel 7 in Little Rock. My personal interest in journalism lies in the business or production side of things, but writing comes to play in all of it. Even though my first love isn't the thrill of finding that next great inspiring piece to write about, I can report and write and find it extremely important to be able to do so.

Teaching Journalism is a fun and exciting way to teach students about all of the different aspects of the media and how all the information gets to each person. I love my job and look forward to growing and learning more each year.
