Caroline Tillman
Academic Program Coordinator in Newark, Delaware
Hi! I'm Caroline Tillman and I'm an Academic Program Coordinator in the Center for Health Profession Studies at the University of Delaware. I'm passionate about working with pre-health students in our Medical Scholars Program, Health Professions Evaluation Committee (HPEC), International Pre-Health Study Abroad, and Pre-Health Professions Living Learning Community.
I strive to be an accessible and reliable partner in your pursuit of higher education. We are a team, and together we can explore what program align's with your interests and goals.
I started my career in higher education at the beginning of fall 2020 as a Health Professions Advisor and Program Assistant. Despite the challenges of 2020, it allowed me to build my pre-health foundation and support students during that difficult time.
In winter of 2022 I transitioned to a full-time Academic Program Coordinator role that allows me to work in-depth with our Medical Scholars Program and HPEC students. I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to see each student's academic, social, and pre-health development through the programming we offer at the Center for Health Profession Studies. I'm truly honored to have the privilege to serve as a support during your journey to healthcare.
My personal interests include vegetarian cooking, baking (Great British Bake Off is my inspiration), hiking, board games, walking with my dog and husband, reading, finding the best coffee/dirty chai, and playing in a recreational softball league.
How I Identify: white, cisgender, female
