Join your hosts Diane Birk & Ian Meissner on this pre-Headstart event. We invite you to explore Vancouver on two wheels and it's unique cycling culture. Travel dedicated bike lanes that will take you along the city water front, exclusive seaside neighborhoods and through the amazing Stanley Park. If you have not cycled in a city before this is a great introduction to one of the top rated cycling cities in North America.

When: Sunday, September 13th, 2015 (rain or shine)
Time: 10:00 a.m. until 2:00-3:00 (In time for the ALBRECHT BROWN LAUNCH PARTY)

Bring: Water bottle, camera, weather appropriate clothing (Helmets and locks are provided with the rental)

Most of the day will be cycling on dedicated cycling lanes, relatively flat and easy, however, you should be fit enough to cycle for approximately 3 to 3-1/2 hours (not including photo-ops, refreshment and Lunch stops). Our route will take us around Stanley Park, through English Bay, Granville Island, Olympic Village, and the beautiful seaside neighborhoods of Yaletown and Coal Harbour. We estimate that the day will end at Spokes by 4 pm.
