Cydnee Cimone

Cydnee hails from Chicago, IL. At a young age she began using her skills of marketing and promotions by working with the Chicago concert promotion company, Concert Management. She was able to establish herself initiating at ground level by distributing flyers for concerts then later began managing the promotional street team, delegating appropriate locations for distribution. Cydnee also implements new creative marketing strategies for the company along with research of various audience markets and providing Concert Management with effective strategic planning for each show.
Cydnee is a graduate of University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in advertising and minor in communications. On campus, Cydnee explored her creativity while being involved in a litany of organizations exercising her skills she acquired in her program (i.e. marketing; effective communication), promoting and brand-managing for entertainment based organizations on campus.
Cydnee has worked hands on with a huge list of music artists from Elle Varner to Eric Benet. Cydnee also worked with Pastor Corey Brooks and his organization, Project H.O.O.D., as she organized their on-sight television coverage for numerous events for their fight against violence in Chicago.
Cydnee also enjoys giving back. She is a cancer survivor, and while having experienced a huge adversity she wants to be a testimony for others as she works with the CureSearch for Children’s Cancer.
Cydnee now studies Media Management at The New School for Public Engagement in New York City where she will be receiving her Masters of Science in May of 2015.
