I am a wife and mother of 3 spirited children! For almost 11 years I have also made strides with my career in the financial services industry. I am a Hockey Mom (and now also a Dance Mom) almost 10 months of the year! Being organized is what gets us to the rink or studio on time!

I like to spend time with my family while balancing time for self-improvement, physically and mentally. I want to encourage other mothers - first and foremost - they need to make time for 'this lady'!
