My name is Cynthia Darlene Sheffield. I am 64 years old. I have a deteriorated disk in my back that causes me not able to walk. I live on disability and can't afford to buy a van with the electric chair lift to get to my doctors appointments and hospital. My mom and dad have passed away. I have only one daughter who is barely making it with six kids and lives in another state that can't help me. I have no relatives or friends to help me get around. Could you please help me.
