Cynthia "CIndy" Taylor

Cynthia B. "Cindy" Taylor is President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Oil States International, Inc., a globally diversified oilfield services company. She has held this role since May 2007, having previously served as the company's President & COO and Senior Vice President, CFO & Treasurer following the company's IPO in 2000.

Cindy began her career as a Certified Public Accountant at Ernst & Young LLP, later serving as VP–Controller at Cliffs Drilling Company and CFO of L.E. Simmons & Associates before joining Oil States. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University.

Beyond Oil States, she serves as an Independent Director on the boards of AT&T, Inc. and the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, and previously served on the board of Tidewater Inc. Her recognitions include the 2014 McLane Leadership in Business Award, the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Energy Services, and the 2016 Energy Education Foundation Pinnacle Award.

Cindy is an active supporter of Texas Children's Hospital, the Texas A&M Mays Business School Development Council, the 12th Man Foundation, and the Greater Houston Partnership.
