Staying busy with the things I am passionate about is energizing. I am a Nationally Board Certified French teacher in an urban district working on a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Building and District Leadership. Serving on my local school board is an excellent complement to my professional career where one area informs the other...helping me to be a better teacher, leader and student. In my free time I practice yoga, read extensively and travel. I lived in Paris for 10 years, but Fiji has to be my all time favorite destination.
