Cynthia Davis

Naples Florida

Cynthia Davis strategically led a publicly held consulting company as its first female CEO, was a VP of International Business Development, a VP of Global Operations, an Executive VP, and a Management Consultant working for some of the most prestigious corporations such as Raytheon Corporation, Lockheed Martin, Bausch & Lomb, and General Electric. When you have held positions like these, you are bound to learn what it takes to achieve massive success – on both the individual and corporate level ― and how to make it stick!

Throughout her career, Cynthia sought out mentors from both the past and present who have created the kind of contemplative, deeply-grounded, purposeful life she craved … while at the same time staying fully and vibrantly committed to their own chosen paths and professions.

Regardless of what company or organization she was associated with, she became increasingly tired of…

Capable people being marginalized
The Corporate System constraining free thinking and personal development and growth
People sacrificing who they were in order to compete and even be seen as capable of doing their job
Positional power, ego, and money trumping the overall mission and direction of the organization

Basically―She finally had enough of the corporate bureaucracy and associated red-tape that stopped great people from achieving and realizing their fullest potential.

Cynthia Davis wanted to know what “truly motivated leaders” could do if they were not constrained by politics, perception, and positions.

After careful navel gazing and countless hours of interviews, exploration and study of the great transcendent leaders of past and present―those individuals who truly lead from a realm of destiny, intuitive illumination, and testify to the faculty of achievement far beyond the scope of personal accomplishment, and her 25 years of nose to the grindstone experience in the “REAL-WORLD” aka (Corporate America), she discovered that all
