Cynthia Grazian
With over a decade of experience in the banking industry, Cynthia Grazian has filled positions such as Credit Analyst, Loan Officer, Compliance Officer, Corporate Counsel, Vice President, and CEO. Over the course of her career, Ms. Grazian has acquired diverse leadership and management skills, and the ability to adapt to today’s rapidly changing business climate. She maintains in-depth knowledge of strategic and financial planning, federal and state financial regulations, contract negotiations, and asset management. Cynthia Grazian is accredited by the New York Institute of Finance in credit analysis, bank management, and financial analysis.
As the Chief Financial Officer of the Flossmoor Montessori School in Illinois from 1995 through 2001, Cynthia Grazian managed the operation of the school for children aged 18 months through the 1st grade. This process included navigating complex county, state, and federal regulation to complete all of the necessary accreditation requirements. During this process, Ms. Grazian also assumed the position of Human Resource Manager.
Ms. Grazian spent the bulk of her career at the InBank (currently MB Financial Bank, N.A.), where she worked from 1996 to 2009. Subsequently, she founded her own business AALegal Cash Advance, LLC. The company provides advance loans to individuals expecting financial settlements from court cases. Cynthia Grazian supervises all lending and underwriting and evaluates the background of each client’s case.
When not engaged in business activities, Cynthia Grazian enjoys running, listening to music, kayaking, and cross-country bicycling. Ms. Grazian is a member of the American Bar Association and works as a writer and editor. She is studying for her M.F.A. in Writing at Northwestern University.
