My dad was a traveling salesman. We moved to his territories: Maine, Ohio, New Jersey, Wisconsin,California.

With two working parents, I enjoyed getting into trouble. A minister got us out of the gas stations and into a theatre. We toured a terrific play to SF when I was 11. I found my home on stage.
