Cynthia Nevels, “The Go-To-Lady” and investor, has helped public and private organizations overcome insurmountable management, marketing, technology, strategy and operational obstacles. For 14 years, Cynthia has served as Senior Partner with Integrality LLC, a global business management consulting firm serving clients in major markets around the globe. She's an expert in finance, marketing, information technology and strategic planning. She is the founder of Thinkcrowdfund.com and the creator of SafeCrowd©, a new equity crowdfunding transparency and validation web application. Cynthia currently serves as the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Alumni Manager supporting multi-million dollar enterprises across Dallas/Fort Worth.

For over 14 years, Cynthia has become an integral part of helping clients meet their goals. Clients such as Capital One Bank, Palo Alto Software, Dallas County Community College District, Denton County Transportation Authority, PeopleFund, Wells Fargo, City of Austin, Tarrant County College and Stella McCartney Enterprises.

Nevels recently joined the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas’ team of innovative mentors for the heralded GroundFloor Accelerator. She is currently a mentor for Texas Woman's University's Women in Business Center and a social innovation mentor for The Grove's Unreasonable Labs program in Dallas, Texas. She currently serves on the board of the Marcus Graham Project, Inc. In 2012, she was appointed to serve on Chicago’s Task Force for Social Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Enterprise. During her career in Silicon Valley, she served as Global Program Manager for the leader in Customer Relationship Management, Siebel Systems, Inc. (now Oracle). Nevels previously served as Vice Chairman of the Texas Jump$tart Coalition, a statewide financial literacy clearinghouse and a member of the National Jump$tart Coalition. In 2004, Nevels was appointed by Consumer Federation of America in Washington, D.C. to serve as State Director for the Texas Saves campaign, a social marketing and asset building campaign supported by Governor Rick Perry, Consumer Federation of America, the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, and the FDIC.

She was a syndicated business and technology columnist and the Senior Editor of Disruptive View and host of public talk radio program, Disrupt Radio. She has been featured in CEO Mom Magazine, Harry Connick, Jr. Show, Forbes, Dallas Morning News, Star-Telegram, and Fast Company Magazine.
