Hi, I’m Cyriz Matthew Montes, a psychology student and public health advocate based in the Philippines. I work at the intersection of human rights, public health, and systemic change for the people.

As the Advocacy Director of Public Health Advocates of the Philippines and a Disaster Risk Reduction Youth Ambassador for Mapakalamidad.ph, I’m committed to community-centered work that informs, protects, and empowers. I also volunteer with the Philippine Red Cross, supporting health campaigns and local outreach.
