Cyriz Matthew Montes is a Psychology graduate and public health advocate based in the Philippines, working at the intersection of human rights, public health, and systemic change for the people. His work focuses on translating evidence-based research into actionable, community-centered solutions.

As the Advocacy Director of Public Health Advocates of the Philippines and a Disaster Risk Reduction Youth Ambassador for MapaKalamidad.ph, Montes leads initiatives aimed at community empowerment, public education, and policy development. His frontline experience is further supported by his work as a volunteer-instructor with the Philippine Red Cross, supporting public health campaigns and local outreach across Metro Manila.
