Cy Xayarath

I am a registered nurse based in Omaha, Nebraska, with a background shaped by discipline, service, and a commitment to helping others. I grew up in Grand Island, where I learned the value of hard work and consistency early on. Before entering healthcare, I served in the United States Army, an experience that taught me how to stay focused under pressure and be accountable in high-stakes situations.

After my time in the military, I pursued my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nebraska Wesleyan University. I chose nursing because I wanted a career where I could make a real difference in people’s lives. Today, I work with CHI Health, where I focus on providing quality patient care and supporting my team in fast-paced environments.

I take pride in being reliable and detail-oriented. I believe that small actions matter and that being present and attentive can have a real impact on patient outcomes. Outside of work, I enjoy fishing, which helps me relax and maintain balance.
