I'm Ed — a software architect, engineer, and builder.

I've spent much of my career designing and building software, from enterprise platforms and financial systems to products that started as little more than an idea.

Over the years, I've learned that the hardest part of technology usually isn't the code.

It's understanding the problem.

Finding the structure hidden inside the complexity. Making the right trade-offs. Knowing what not to build. And turning all of that into something simple enough that people can actually use it.

That's the part I enjoy most.

I work somewhere between architecture, product thinking, and engineering — moving comfortably from a whiteboard full of messy ideas to systems, APIs, data models, and working software.

I'm naturally curious. I like understanding how things work, questioning why they're built that way, and occasionally rebuilding them just to see if there's a better answer.

After years in technology, I still get excited by the same thing:

Starting with nothing but an idea — and making it real.
