Hello, I am David Ellis, a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer with over 20 years of experience.

I grew up in Gwynedd and have spent my whole career working as a surveyor in the area, in both private practice and the public sector. I have a First Class Honours Degree in Real Estate from Liverpool John Moores, and I am a fluent Welsh speaker.

I count myself lucky to have valued some of the most prominent and interesting properties in the region, from Llanddwyn Island on the coast, to the building at the top of Yr Wyddfa, the highest cafe and visitor centre in Britain.

I am the owner of Williams Ellis Chartered Surveyors, a property consultancy based in Menai Bridge, Anglesey, specialising in valuations and commercial and development property advice.
