Daniel E. Heredia Chaves

Hey there, I’m Daniel. I’m an International Business student living in Ottawa, Canada. Father of 2, charming and very sociable. Natural leader, trustworthy and dedicated and ambitious to succeed.

Over 15yrs of Hospitality experience, and over 6.5 yrs of Management experience. I've also expanded my horizons out of the heat, and began teaching English as a second language to advance students in Ibague, Colombia.

After that enriching experience in South America, I returned to Canada to further my culinary skills. Grinded for 2yrs, put in many hours in various restaurants in the city of Ottawa and was then offered the Head Chef of Big Daddy's Bistro.

Currently, my main duties involve being the most supportive and attentive father and determined student and dedicated to complete my Advanced Diploma Certificate and also attain my FITT diploma and work towards my C.I.T.P credentials.
