Deborah Lawrence is a professional Litigation Paralegal, a Commission for Oaths in and for the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador and a certified International Coaching Federation Life Coach. She has a keen interest and desire to help others overcome obstacles in life. Whether it is completing/witnessing documents, looking for direction or having a structured, confidential conversation about change, goal setting, decision making, problem solving or general motivation, you will find Deborah’s authentic and warm personality engaging.

Deborah is a “life-long learner” and her unquenchable interests have steered her towards many courses, programs, and leadership roles throughout the years. She is advocate at heart and passionate about helping individuals find their own solutions to life’s problems or obstacles. With her background as a litigation paralegal coupled with her natural ability to help others, she found the path to life coaching to be a perfect fit. Throughout her career, she has become quite insightful regarding the importance of positive mental health, motivation, vitality, general wellness and living life in tune. She believes that a positive mindset leads to a healthier and happier lifestyle.

Currently, Deborah works full time as a paralegal and life coach. Optimism, balance, empathy and responsibility are just some of the core values by which she lives her life. In addition to her healthy work/life balance, Deborah enjoys daily movement, meditation, cooking, reading and spending time outside.
