Hi! I’m currently living in Paris, France, where I cofounded CLT. Our passion and mission is to amplify the value that each and every woman or man brings to her organization. We research many ways to enhance productivity, creativity and engagement at the workplace and share our findinds through contracting, speaking, consulting, mentoring, facilitating, developping...

Some of us build software (that's www.softit.fr), others investigate facilitation and collective intelligence (that's www.coactiv.fr).

I personnaly conduct researchs on complexity, cybernectics, sociocracy, organizational design, intrapreneurship and enterprise agility.

When I’m not working I like to cook, read novels (especially science-fiction ones), go fishing or sailing and take pictures with à 70's Leica film camera.
