Donald malter

Donald malter is a Waiter at Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide Inc. in Boston, MA from 2014. He is responsible to receive all the guests at the restaurant and serves the food and beverages in restaurant in a friendly and efficient manner.

He makes familier the guests with the special items for the day and changes in the menu by meeting with managers and chefs before each shift and discusses with them about it. He controls the general appearance and maintenance of working areas in restaurant by following the correct sequence of service outlined in the standard operating manual.

Donald also helps the other areas of the restaurant like handling telephone calls and completing financial transactions and also performs basic tasks of cleaning as needed or directed by supervisor.
