I am a business and leadership coach and mentor.

Borrowed from Winston Churchill when he became Prime Minister, I felt that my past life had been but a preparation for this new direction I am taking, getting involved in business and leadership coaching.

Coming from a family of entrepreneurs I am passionate about assisting business leaders in achieving their intended goals whether it is establishing a new business, increased profitability or any of the myriad business outcomes they are trying to achieve. Our conversation will help them achieve a mental state of being aware, responsible and trusting and to focus on the goals they wish to achieve.
I am energised by the strengths of others and therefore keen to encourage and support achievers.

I believe that I have vast experience and exposure working in corporate life. I started various business ventures myself which included dealing and negotiating takeovers and acquisitions on an international level, experiencing good times and tough times, closing down ventures and enjoying the satisfaction of having exceptional people around me. I am a relentless driver in pursuing results and am keen to coach business leaders to learn through a process as discussed below.

Coaching is done through a combination of integral life practises, looking at the behaviours and inner awareness of the coachee and the impact it has on his/her relationships as well as the environment and systems he/she operates in. I will make use of inquisitive questioning models, careful listening and alert observation. With my communication style I will throw light on what might be causing interference and where performance, learning and enjoyment may be out of balance.
