Daniel Coursey

Hello, I’m Daniel. I’m a student living in Vidalia, Georgia who one day aspires to be an educator. I am a fan of writing, coffee, and stories. I try to never underestimate people's value, for everyone has a story, and a purpose. I am a Senior in the New College Life Track program at The University of Alabama hoping to gain entry into an educator preparation Masters program in my home state of Georgia at the culmination of my undergraduate study. I love family, friends, kids, music, and the Gospel. Though mostly a homebody, I do like to attend music events, worship services, and volunteer activities-especially with friends. I am currently employed in a service position, but have had previous positions in management, adult education, and children and youth ministry. I'm also passionate about people with disabilities, as my parents and my best friend are all disabled. I'm learning that creativity is the key to managing stress and sanity, though the case is still open as to my degree of the latter. (Just kidding? or am I?) I am a man, but more importantly a child of God, who believes that everyone's purpose in life is to love others, and that all things are meant for a season (Ecclesiastes 3).
