Having 2+ years of experience, in IT industries, I have completed courses such as A+, N+, MCITP-2003 & 2008

As of now working as Remote Support Engineer we have got good opportunitie to learn VMware, ADS, Altis etc.

My primary role involves, Attending HPI issue (High Priority Incident) process is to restore a normal service operation as quickly as possible and to minimize the impact on business operations, thus ensuring that the best possible levels of service quality and availability are maintained. Incidents that cannot be resolved quickly will be assigned to specialist technical support groups. A resolution or work-around should be established as quickly as possible in order to restore the service.

Born in Dharwad(karnataka) on 01st August1992, Completed S.S.L.C in basel,mission English Medium high Schiool, PUC(science) from sport school chandagi and finally degree(B.sc IT) from Sikkim manipal university
