Debbie Davis is Principal and founder of d 2, a development company focusing on leasing, marketing, consulting and brokerage. d 2 currently specializes in representation for landlords and tenants looking to improve and expand their business in a variety of markets across the United States. Working in partnership with the development company’s senior management, architects, engineers, municipalities and marketing experts, the company strives to create new business connections resulting in new opportunities and revenues. With over twenty years of corporate real estate experience and a successful record of achievement, Ms. Davis’s expertise is sought after by corporations, private industry and others looking to develop a new growth strategy and or implement change through new real estate development opportunities, retail expansion programs, or re-positioning of existing shopping center projects to enhance the overall retail mix and experience. A Missouri native, Debbie has lived in Jersey City, New Jersey for the last twenty years. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, holds a New Jersey Real Estate Broker’s license and a Teaching Degree from the University of Missouri. She has been a Commissioner on the Zoning Board of Adjustment for Jersey City and recently was elected as the Democratic Committee Person for her district.
