Dadrienne Thompson

Being 23 in the growing profession of Journalism is a beautiful challenge. Once a comfort zone is built, it is immediately broken with new knowledge and I completely love it. I am currently a graduate student, earning and Master's degree in New Media Journalism and aspire to be a magazine writer and to brand myself as well as any company I join.

After receiving my B.A. in Journalism, I became a substitute teacher at a private high school. Not too long after I became a part-time teacher and integrated my love for writing with my new found passion for education. Together I gave student opportunities to express themselves and their knowledge of history through art.

Today, I am interning at the City of Lancaster in the Economic Development Department, substitute and continue to expand my knowledge and writing through my website. I hope I can clearly express the importance and concerns of educations and the different art forms.
