My career is built on a single belief: the right person in the right role can change everything. For years, I put that belief into practice from the corporate side, building the engine that powers growth.

I've been the architect behind the scenes, alleviating talent acquisition headaches for multinational corporations and placing critical HR talent for world-renowned brands in Africa and the US. I thrive in the controlled chaos of scaling startups, having led talent operations that secured over 260+ hires from launch.

But I realized that building great companies was only half of the equation. The other half was empowering the brilliant people within them.

That's why I became a coach. As a Global Tier 3 Worklife Coach for employees at innovative companies like Cisco, EBay, Open Society Foundation, NielsenIQ, Orbis International, Allianz Partners, and Viamo Inc., I help professionals answer their own "what's next?" question. By combining tactical career advice with a foundation in mindfulness, I help my clients find clarity, build confidence, and design a work life they love.

Today, I bring these two worlds together. My work as a coach & talent strategist is informed by my deep understanding of individual motivation, and my coaching is grounded in the practical realities of what top companies are looking for.

When I'm not coaching or recruiting, I'm hosting "The Talent Listing" podcast to explore the future of talent and building a coaching community to elevate the profession in Africa.
