My failures though dire and often unbearable have brought me to my knees and there I have come to see. That she, is a mother and a wife. A daughter and sister. An aunty and a friend. Dahlia Lemafa is a dynamic, diverse, and dependable professional with over fifteen years of experience in providing effective and comprehensive support to senior executives. She has managed business relations and special projects at the executive level, served as primary point of contact for and liaison between management, personnel, clients, and vendors. Dahlia is well-developed in communication and relationship building skills to work with internal and external partners. Dahlia Lemafa has extensive experience in project coordination and management in education, employment services, medicine, research and stakeholder engagement including client and team management across all lines of business within those industries.
In the area of project management Dahlia Lemafa is experienced in the instigation, control and motivation of project programmes of work covering the following aspects. Project proposals, project planning, project reporting, resource tracking, milestone identification and scheduling.
With change management and communications Dahlia Lemafa has a background in planning and negotiating change with internal stakeholders and business partners including reporting on outcomes, progress, and ensuring continued channels of engagement. Strong problem-solving and decision making capabilities and attributes.
