When I was a kid, all I would ever eat was macaroni & cheese. Not much has changed, except today I dress it up with aged white cheddar and fresh rosemary. When I'm not sampling cheese and wine pairings, I'm studying Creative Communications at Winnipeg's Red River College, fixing computers, and having dance-offs with my dog.
