Dakar Foundation For The Performing Arts (Dakar) is a 501C3 non-profit organization that is committed to providing career and life training to youth in under-served communities by providing access to mainstream entertainment industry tools and training.
The foundation is dedicated to Barbara Clark, one of the founding visionaries. She, along with Kevin Clark, are responsible for all efforts and the mission of the foundation.
