Hello!
I am a student of ancient history and a blogger. My blog is a hodgepodge of things from history to current events, but at the center of it all is how I was saved by a Jewish guy, Jesus. There, my cards are on the table – I am a follower of Jesus, a Christian. I struggled with sin (rebellion against God) such as lying, being hateful, selfishness, sexual sin, being disobedient to my parents, and so much more. Yet, Jesus died for me and was physically raised again from the dead enabling the forgiveness of sins and declaring me right before God – because of Jesus I can have a relationship before God. However, I am not perfect I still struggle with sin and obeying God, but Jesus is able to do what I cannot – it’s all because of Jesus. If you would like to know more about: Jesus, following him, or about me than please email me at [email protected]
“All have fallen short of the glory of God” (Rom. 3:23 ESV)
“Now I would remind you, brothers, of the gospel I preached to you, which you received, in which you stand, and by which you are being saved, if you hold fast to the word I preached to you—unless you believed in vain. For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures, and that he appeared to Cephas, then to the twelve.” (I Cor. 15:1-5 ESV)
